YTT 300
If you have already completed a 200-hour* yoga teacher training course and want to deepen your yoga practice, become a more effective teacher, and gain a deeper understanding of the philosophical roots of yoga, then our 300-hour yoga teacher training program will help you. For millennia, yoga has been passed from guru to student in the context of intensive, residential apprenticeships. The philosophies of yoga are best understood in conversation and practice rather than reading and lectures. This course provides students with that experience by combining mastery of advanced postures and breathing techniques, deep knowledge of yoga philosophy, limited advanced student enrolment spots, and a holistic yogic lifestyle. After all, yoga is not about acrobatic contortion but rather a path to harmony with nature and universal relief from suffering. Our holistic approach keeps yoga rooted to this ethic. With small class sizes, philosophy lessons are interactive, curricula can be customized, and you will teach asana and pranayama classes regularly. Our gurus provide feedback to help you develop your style of teaching and consolidate your learning by sharing it with others. After completion of this 300-hour YTT, you will be able to teach students of all levels with clarity and confidence. It enables you to register as an RYT-500 and creates new opportunities for you to teach anywhere in the world.
