General Information for YTT Courses

Overview :

At the Nepal Yoga Academy, we work to provide you with a stress-free environment, where you can immerse yourself in an authentic yogic lifestyle. Here, students stay in comfortable accommodations, eat healthy vegetarian/vegan food, and practice asanas, pranayamas, and meditation for 3.5+ hours each day. This routine allows you to dive deeper into your personal yoga practice, which is not easily attainable in the stress and commotion of normal daily life. In addition to time spent on your personal practice, each day includes 4 hours of workshop and philosophy classes. In workshop classes, you will learn how to instruct and give adjustments for individual asanas. In philosophy classes, you will learn how asanas, pranayamas, and meditation fit into a holistic system of ethics and lifestyle.
