We celebrated the 5th International Yoga Day under the guidance of Dr. Chintamani Gaumtam, We had a wonderful public gathering of 100 people around the city Kathmandu and Bhaktapur. The programme was an effort to introduce the true theme of yoga with its benefits in daily life. Dr. Chintamani talked about how modern lifestyles can induce stress in our daily routines and how bringing yoga into one’s lifestyle can help balance and alleviate stress. He also spoke about the ways in which yoga tourism to Nepal can benefit the country’s economy in many ways.
